Mallory Fisher
Registered Provisional Psychologist
As a therapist, I welcome all individuals into the counselling space with curiosity, acceptance, and an open mind. I believe that collaborating with you to construct a shared understanding for the direction of your therapy is of utmost importance. To best tailor my approach to meet your needs, I draw from a range of therapeutic orientations, including narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy.
It is an immense privilege to work alongside individuals as they explore their identities, navigate through life transitions, and learn to trust themselves. I have a specific interest in the relationship that individuals have with themselves and with others. As such, some of my areas of clinical focus include identity, self-acceptance, emotional regulation, and attachment. Known for my calm and grounding presence, I approach therapy from an inclusive and exploratory lens.
I view myself as a lifelong learner and have endless curiosity regarding the human experience, growth, and connection. Outside of my professional interests, I find grounding in my own life by practicing yoga, listening to music, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with loved ones.
Right now, I am accepting individual clients (18+). To book a free phone consultation with me, you can reach me by email at mallory@thepsychologygroup.ca or you can book online here
