Relationship therapy, couples therapy or marriage counselling, aims to help individuals in a relationship improve their communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their connection. We specialize in working with couples and seek to create a space where couples can explore their relationship challenges and work towards a healthier and happier partnership.
Teen Counselling
Our therapists create an open-minded and empathetic environment where teens can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours freely and without judgement, as well as develop coping skills and strategies to manage the stresses of teenage life.
