Therapy with me is a space for both healing and growth. Together, we’ll not only address challenges, but also work on discovering your inner strengths, exploring what brings you fulfillment, and cultivating a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.

My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.I take a holistic and client-centred approach, meaning that I tailor our work to fit you and your unique needs.

I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to guide the process. With IFS, we’ll gently explore the different parts of you that may be holding onto old patterns of thinking, feeling, or behaving. These patterns often developed to protect you, but over time they may have become unhelpful. Together, we’ll approach them with curiosity and compassion, creating space for growth, confidence, and new ways of being.

For those who tend to intellectualize - who know exactly why they feel or act a certain way but still can’t seem to shift - I help bridge the gap between insight and real change. By combining EFT and somatic (body-based) approaches, I support you in moving beyond “just thinking” about your emotions, and instead learning how to actually feel and process them safely. With IFS, we can also get to know the parts of you that keep emotions at a distance, helping them to feel safe enough to let you connect more fully with yourself.

Some of my areas of focus include:

 Interpersonal relationships

 Emotional regulation

 Self esteem

 Body image

 Communication and social skills

 Life transitions

 Anxiety and stress management

I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University. I look forward to connecting with you!
